Worse spa I've ever been too. The management sucks! Very unprofessional, they threatened me. They charge you for an hour but don't give an hour massage. Very rude service reps! Crapy nail tech's that won't even fix a smudge before you leave the salon! Food sucks! All around a poor place to go! I would recommend any spa in town over this place! Supposed to be one of the nicest, but they treat you horribly! the only good thing at this spa is their facial-est! Don't accept their own gift cards, they talk down to you and don't believe the customer! Don't go to this spa!! Go to the chrysalis or anywhere but the Zazen Spa!
