Review content:
Jeff was helpful and showed us the place without trying to sell us on anything else. He was also a fair dealer. I think he represented the place honestly, but he could have done his own research a little better. The place turned out to be $25/month more expensive and he did not mention a $15/month fee for the security guy, but the place is great and the price is reasonable for the neighborhood. This was more honesty than we got from anyone else that we tried working with before him. All in all, that's basically 95% accuracy.
Pros: good properties for the most part
Cons: well ... you are going to pay an arm and a leg to use a broker in NYC
