So i stopped at this spa while i was shopping in coral square mall just to get a quit mani and pedi.When i walked in i was greeted by the owner (Cam) i soon found out her name was she told me there would be only a 5 minute wait and then one of the front desk girls told me it would be 20 mins.!!! I asked cam if i could put a tip on my card BEFORE getting the service and she said YES! i waited and finally got my mani pedi while i was sitting in the chair i saw a roach on the wall!! While i was checking out the front desk girls told me i couldnt leave tip on the card. the owner and the girl went back and forth for awhile and then finally let me put the tip on the card!!! OMG worst experience EVER the owner does not know how to run a business!!!!
