Oh, my God! These women saved me. Went in there because I had messed up and waited too late to get a very important/special gift...a Wedgwood teapot...that I was not only buying for someone but buying with a group of people. Macy's, everybody said no way you can get it in your timeframe. But one person said go to Crystal's, those women know china and can work miracles and boy were they right! And even though they DIDN'T CARRY THE PATTERN I needed, they said very calmly don't worry, we'll help you, started looking through big catalogs, etc., and got on the phone. Next thing I know, a Wedgwood India teapot is on its way from England, I guess. Who knows? All I know is that Margaret and Becky at Crystal's are Nashville treasures. Crystal's is LUCKY, LUCKY, LUCKY to have them in their employ and I was BLESSED, BLESSED, BLESSED to find them. Oh, and it's a fabulous shop with great gifts, high-end...you should go. And, hey, if you have a china crisis????????? This is who can help. Pros: perfect service, warm, friendly, caring, go above and beyond, calming, if they don't have it, they'll FIND IT Cons: absolutely nothing...best china/crystal/gift shop in Nashville, bar none
