Review content:
First of all I would like to say I worked there a couple of years ago. The place is falling apart and the cheap owners don't want to put any money into the place to fix it up. The boarding room where the kennels are is NOT air conditioned and they claim it is. The also claim to have faux fur bedding for your dogs and the only thing they have is old ripped blankets. During the holidays and summer they have about 60-70 dogs total and two people working in the back. That's why dogs are always fighting. They are understaffed which is not safe for the dogs or the employees. That's why so many dogs go home with cuts or getting really hurt and having to go to the vet. I got paid mostly off the books since their too cheap to pay completely on the books. I guess they don't care that paying off the books is illegal. They get these young kids to work there who don't really care about the dogs. And forget it if your dog needs to be given medicine. They forget all the time and they just throw it away. Sorry but that's not how you treat anyone's animals. By the way they have 5 Golden Retrievers and you would never see those dogs in the back. Now you know why. Ask the owners or anyone at the front desk if you can go in the back to see where your dog will be staying and see what they say. Every excuse in the book. Because it's that bad!!! Oh and not to mention they actually lost someones dog and didn't tell them. Since they did find him after hours of looking. I can say that the Groomer is the only good thing they have going for them. She takes alot of pride in her work and is very caring with the dogs she grooms. She does a wonderful job!!! Please if you want to see your dog in a nice environment where he/she is not going to get hurt don't bring them there.
