I went to Frontend Solutions to order a sample of a patch on 11/3/11. A very expensive one ($10 each with a minimum of 50 pcs). A month went by without hearing about the sample. Finally get a hold of someone. Apparently they made the wrong sample and had to make another one. They told me it would be 2 weeks. Went by there 12/28/11. Waited for about 30 minutes in a dirty lobby with no chairs or anything while they tried to find the patch sample. They finally told me the girl was at lunch that put it somewhere so they wanted me to come back in an hour. I asked them if they could deliver it instead since I've waited so long. They were very nice and said they would deliver it by 3:30pm. It's now 1/4/12 and still no sample, no phone call and no email from them!! They have all my contact information and wrote it again while I was there for them. This is a horrible unorganizaed company that NO ONE should use! Apparently whoever runs this place has no business experience. Found a custom patch company online this morning. The patches were $2.28 each with a minimum of 25 pcs. Can't believe the price difference!! Plus they already shipped my order! Enmart is the place to get stuff like this done. Don't ever go to Frontend Solutions. What a horrible waste of time!!
