Review content:
Washer quit working night before I was going out of town. The outlet got hot and the washer plug main prong got burnt and was bulging, showing white and exposing the inners of the plug. My 18 yo son was here when Mike, Anytime Appliance technician came to my house. He plugged the washer into an extension cord, ran the washer on hot with my permanent press clothes still in it and then LEFT THE DEFECTED, BURNT PLUG CONNECTED TO A LIVE OUTLET. When I spoke to Cacy, she said the technician Mike said the plug was perfectly fine and told the boys not to use it even though he left it plugged into a live outlet. I paid $45 to my home warranty company for this incompetent, inexperienced, neglegent technician to leave a FIRE HAZARD plugged into an outlet in my home for 12 days while I was out of town and my 18 year old was here. The company did nothing but say the opt not to come here again. Thankfully, Scott from Sexton Home Services came out the next day I returned home and not only fixed the wall outlet, but the plug on the washer because of the ignorance of Anytime Appliance. In my opinion, ""the real Anytime Appliance"" is the scam!!! SEXTON HOME SERVICES was PROFESSIONAL, COMPETENT AND EXPERIENCED and fixed it correctly the first visit!!!
