This place is the worst you can purchase at. After purchasing a Specialized Hardrock I noticed evidence of previous use. Not minor scuffs that could have occured during shipping but good eviedence of previous riding. After I return to the shop the sales person explains that he could not take the bike back but he could give me some new pedals and grips. When I disagree, some @hole in the back barges out and commences to scream at me and tell me how ridiculous this is on my part, with other customers in the store! How he won't take the bike back and how I probably did it on a test ride. It never left the store when I was there previously. The salesman was on the right track, a simple explanation and solution could have been found, but that @hole has forced me to reverse charges and think about it twice before I purchase a Specialized bike again. Shame, I was told they were very good bikes.
