Where do I begin?!?! You should know that this class is good hard fun! The outdoor classes have you jogging across the bridge, with some stops along the way...for some push ups, squats and lunges (and some crazy moves with resistance bands). It is challenging, but you feel so fantastic when you are done! I have never felt that great after leaving a class at my regular gym. Totally energizing! Ariane is a fantastic trainer and is really inspiring. She reminds you how much of your endurance is mental - and that you are stronger than you think you are. She encourages you to go beyond your comfort zone and makes you push yourself. I have been exercising on and off for years, and I feel like these classes have allowed me to tap into strength I didn't know that I had! It is also really easy to sign up for classes online - no gym membership required! One more thing....it is the NICEST group of people to work out with. Everyone is smiling while they struggle, cracking jokes and has fun together. There is no competitive attitude going on, which is a real bonus. I REALLY look forward to my bootcamp classes, which for me (someone who really doesn't like running) is a BIG deal. See you on the bridge!
