Review content:
The fellow that came to do the cleaning from PowerVac did not do what I asked. He came to clean the furnace and the ducts, and I had asked him to show me the filters when he had pulled them out as I had wanted to see them, but he did not show them to me. He must have had them out at some point, but before I knew it he told me he had them in and all closed up so he couldn't show them to me. Then he said that to hook up the vacuum to the furnace he would have to gut a hole in the furnace. Well, there was already a spot that he was going to use. It was hard for me to get down the basement stars where the furnace is because he had all his tools and a huge pipe going down them. He said he taped the spot up 3 times, but when I was able to go down and look he did not tape it up 3 times. It didn't even look like he had gotten to it.
