Do not rent from this company! Worst mistake of my life! When you move in it will most likely be dirty and you will have to clean.Everything will break, nothing works right, and maintenance never knows what the hell they are doing and only do temperary fixes, so be prepared to call over and over for the same problems. oh and they show up unanncouced and will come in without permission to do ""pest sprays""... no matter how much they spray their places are constantly filled with roaches and bugs. when you move out, it doesn't matter how much you clean, she will charge you for everything and you will probably end up owing her! I had a 600$ security deposit and i got a bill saying i owe 100. So total move out costs where 700$, more than rent. This company is VERY dishonest and greedy and do not treat their clients right. i would never recommend this place to anybody!
