Review content:
Let's face it, we live in a city with limited dining scenes. Nondescript experiences with menus an atmospheres leaving us desperately unfullfilled. Until now. Butterfly, located in a perfect historical downtown depot setting, is truly a dining delight from start to finish. The appetizers are unique, starting with the sesame edamame, oyster shooters, lettuce wraps, mushroom capuccino and beyond. Plenty to begin with for sure, but don't go too big too fast, as the best is still ahead. The entree's are one of a kind for our fair city. Where else can you get an entire fish (appropriately named on the menu as Wholefish) served in it's entirety with enough flavor that your complete party will need and want to try. The environment, service, private membership status and bar lobby are all compliments to what will soon be the marquis and premier restaurant in downtown Salt Lake City.
