To Whom It May Concern,
It is with pleasure that I offer this letter of personal and professional recommendation for Grant Linhart of ICS of Colorado.
On Mach 30th of 2012 I contacted Grant Linhart of ICS of Colorado regarding an observed behavior of a selected group of people who???s behavior had changed considerably since last year. Grant and I explored and recommended a strategy of approach and proposed a plan on how we would systematically get to the bottom of this observed change of behavior. We agreed verbally and also exchanged the necessary documents of trust empowering Grant to professionally go forward with the plan.
From there Grant took the lead and went about executing all the back ground research necessary as well as direct phone calls required to discover and expose any and all back ground information. During this period Grant worked hard and long including during off-hours in faithful follow up. He would respond to phone calls at any time of the day or night and was always thoughtful and respectful with me as well as with the object people who were the subject of the research.
Grant also made many suggestions as the plan unfolded and offered his professional insights given his extensive background and years of experience in such matters. Armed with his knowledge and insights we executed the 3 phases of the plan to a successful conclusion.
