Stay away is all I can say. They will take every dime they can from you and on top of that have creditors calling harassing for payment. They will even charge you for any notices that they mail to you. It took them 2 yrs. to replace a leaking faucet that was leaking from day 1 that we moved in which I ended shutting down from the main line to avoid any mold build up because they kept giving me the run around. Now they are charging 4 times more the amount of the deposit money. I would never rent from them again and would never recommend them either.
Pros: Easy move in.
Cons: They will leave you with really bad credit.
