The Bay House is an elegant restaurant with an incredible view of the Bay that is only topped by food prepared to perfection every time and superb service. My husband and I have come here several time and the food is consistently exceptional - definitely one of the finest restaurant's in Oregon.
Pros: incredible foot and service
Cons: not closer to Portland :-)
