As an owner of a 99 Saab, I have come to know my mechanic better than I would like. That said, I have no complaints about the service received at Pinnacle. Thay have always been able to work me in quickly for whatever new noise I hear and have always taken care of the problem. They stand behind their work and they don't try to sell you things that you don't need. My latest service took care of an ongoing issue that another European automotive service station quoted to me at $230 and the dealership close to $500. Pinnacle took care of the problem for $38 and some change.
