Excellent Service at a Great Price 8/18/2011

I've been looking around Raleigh for a garage that meets my needs without charging outrageous rates. I can say that Pinnacle Automotive has made me happy on more than one occasion with superior customer service, an accurate diagnosis of my problems and a quick affordable repair that works around my busy schedule. I can say that as long as I live in the Raleigh area, I will continue using Pinnacle's services as well as referring them to everyone that I know. Thank you for a job well done! more

MY EXPERIENCE HERE WAS WONDERFUL. I HAD ALOT OF MINOR ISSUES WITH MY 2004 MERCEDES. THE STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL & KNOWEABLE. THEY WERE RECOMMONDEND TO ME MY A FRIEND. IF YOU NEED A GOOD REPAIR SHOP PLEASE, PLEASE VISIT THEM YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED. more

Great work in a Tough situation! 2/27/2011

Chris Ramirez did super job for us in an effecient amount of time. Our van would not start and it was face first in our garage. He had to pull it out of our garage and down our driveway with special dolliles under the front wheels. Then, he hooked it up to his truck from the front and dropped it off at a mechanic's shop, as I recall. This was months ago. But he thought through our problem, came up with a solultion, and exceuted it in a good amount of time. We were very pleased with his work! more

Watch out! 8/27/2010

My wife and I were initally lured into their trap by their friendly nature and ""can do"" attitude, But when it came time to do the work on a timely basis, we were sorely dispaoointed. Not only were issues with our vehicle never fully resolved to our satisfaction, some issues were we discussed were never adressed at all. more

I have been relying on Pinnacle Automotive for a number of years now and I continue to be extremely pleased with the service I get from them. I feel that I get an honest assessment of my vehicle's condition and they are very good about explaining the repairs or service. They take pride in the work that they do and they are committed to providing a very high quality of service. They are not the closets service station to us, but they are well worth a longer drive to work with them. more

Going the extra mile 8/16/2010

Chris & company did me better than right. Needed a new alternator...much more expensive at the dealer. But the bad alternator also fried the battery. It still had some warranty left, so Chris called that auto store and got them to deliver the replacement battery to Pinnacle. Installed free of charge and they gave me a military discount. Will they get more of my business...heck yes! more

Best Towing service in the Raleigh area. 5/25/2010

Chris is really great. He is very concerned about provding the best and fastest service. Not only does he do towing but he does auto repair. I highly recommend him. Make sure you keep his number in your phone. Pros: Great service and attitude. Goes above and beyond to help. Cons: Absolutely none. more

Chris was willing to help me when Midas wasn't! 3/15/2010

Midas refused to see my car after replacing a head gasket and doing a shitty job. Pros: Helpful and Nice Cons: It's a shame more establishments aren't run this way. more

Great Towing Experience 2/4/2010

My daughter was driving my car and the car just stopped operating. I called my roadside service and Penniacle Towing responded very quickly. Chris Ramirez, the tow truck driver made our experience one of the best I have ever had in dealing with towing. I was very upset because I don't know what is wrong with the car and it may be very expensive. Chris really made me feel comfortable. He first towed my car to my home and then towed it to his shop at no extra charge to have the machanics take a look at it. He gave me a feeling that I could trust his company. I would highly recommend this tow company to anyone. Thanks Chris!!! Pros: Best Tow experience I ever had more

Definitely Lives Up To Their Name 1/31/2010

I called Pinnacle as a result of the Citysearch review of his company. Chris answered my call on the third ring and was here within 30 minutes of my hanging up with him. I managed to get my new BMW stuck in the snow and HAD to have it out to go to a job interview out of town. Chris was able to get my car to the top of my driveway without a single scratch. He had to go the extra mile since the distance of my drive was longer than anticipated, but he didn't charge me a bit more than he quoted. I was so relieved that the cost was so low for the work he performed. I would have anticipated much higher costs due to the snow. Please use Pinnacle any chance you have. Great service! Chris is superman. 1/27/2010

My sister was broke down in the middle of the street the other day. An out of no where came a tow truck. Not even 10 min. went by and Chris had us at the shop and out of harms way. An he didnt charge us an arm and leg. There are still good people out there. An Chris is one of them. If you need a Tow call Chris or your car fix call Chris. I know were I'll be going for all my car needs and thats Pnnacle ! Thanks Again Chris for saving are day. God Bless! more

SAVE PINNACLE'S NUMBER IN YOUR PHONE! 1/25/2010

This morning I was unfortunate enough to hit a possum on my way to school. My vehicle obtained substantial damage and remained undriveable. Chris from Pinnacle towing was referred to me by my insurance company and arrived in an immediate fashion. When he arrived, he efficiently put my car on the wrecker in less than a minute (which is very rapid considering the care and precision needed to maneuver my very low car, made even lower due to the damage). Considering that on a prior incident, I had to call just about every towing company in the area to get service (most companies will not even touch my car), it is fantastic to have such a professional and trustworthy towing service in town. Pinnacle has saved my family on various occasions and they will be the only company to remain on my phone. Pinnacle Towing ""Saves the Night"" 1/14/2010

Driving my mom home from a late doctor's appointment, her car died while dropping off some mail. Her Allstate Motorclub sent us the all-time guardian angel of towing...Chris Ramirez! Good Experience 12/24/2009

We live in Ohio and were traveling between Durham and Wake Forest N.C. We had a flat tire in the dark on RTE 98 in heavy traffic. We called for help through Nationwide Roadside Service (they were excellent to work with. They sent someone to change the tire, but he could not remove the spare because of corrosion. Road service then sent Pinnacle Towing to tow the vehicle to a dealer. When Chris at Pinnacle Towing arrived and prepared to tow, he said that he would look under the truck and with the tools that he had he freed the spare and changed the tire for us. We were then on our way and Pinnacle saved us many hours and a headache. As we were getting to leave he wanted to make sure that we were not charged for towing, only to change our tire. As his card says ?Higher Standards? it surely fits his service. The entire time Chris was there he was very concerned about safety and was extremely polite. I would tell anyone needing help to call Pinnacle Towing. I only wish every area had a Chris Ramirez and Pinnacle Towing. Pros: Very professional more

Chris was ahead of schedule, friendly and pleasant, efficient, patient and accomodating. His service went above and beyond, exceeding every expectation. He was able to get our vehicle started when 2 others had failed, re-submitted the paperwork to ensure there were charges only for the starting service instead of the tow that had been pre-authorized, and even followed us to the drop off point to ensure we had no trouble. I will happily give him any future business and would recommend him as one of the very best. Truly an exceptional company and individual! Best Towing in Raleigh! 10/19/2009

Being the absent minded person that I can be in a rush, I accidentally locked my keys in my car about an hour before I had to be at work. First thing I did: I panicked. It was late on a Saturday and the first thing I did was turn to the internet and start calling as many towing companies as I could. For every locksmith and towing company I called I got the same answer: a drone automated voice telling me they were closed. Then I called Pinnacle Towing. Within one ring I got a friendly voice asking what the problem was and where I was so he could fix it. Chris Rameriz, not only the owner but also the man doing the work, came within ten minutes notice, and was in my car in about 2 minutes. I was amazed. I will ALWAYS use Pinnacle towing not only for towing, locked in car keys, but also for his Safe Ride home service which he told me about when he got there.
