Review content:
This movie theater is the worst movie theater I have ever been to. I bought tickets to see the movie ""The Devil Inside"" 30 minutes before it started. Upon walking into the theater I noticed that the seats were full. There was not a single seat open. I asked the manager if I could swap my ticket out for the later showing. She said they did not refund or exchange tickets and if I wanted to see the later movie, I would have to purchase another ticket. I mentioned to her that it was not my fault the theater was full and that I had arrived in plenty of time to get a seat. She replied by saying they do not sell more tickets than there are seats for. I then proceeded to explain to her that sometimes kids purchase tickets to a PG movie and sneak into rated R movies that their parents won't let them see. She then told me I was welcome to call customer service and then walked away. This theater is over priced and isn't even that nice of a theater. The management is very rude and obviously uneducated and they know no meaning of ""the customer is always right."" I will drive to Little Rock from now on where businesses know that customer satisfaction is the most important.
