A friend told me how Penmar Management actually guarantees that they will pay the rent if my tenant fails to pay on time! I had been using another management company for some time. I believed they were trying, but my unit just stood vacant. If I didn't get a good tenant soon I was going to lose my rental property. They finally got a tenant in, but in two months he stopped paying his rent and I had to pay for a lawyer to evict him after 2 months of no rent.Penmar had 7 applications in only 4 weeks after I hired them. The tenant they picked has turned out great. I get a weekly updates, the rent is deposited in my checking account by the 5th of each month, and their fee is less than what I was paying.
