JLS is the worst home builder in the area. They refuse to warranty any of their work. I own a townhome that is not even 5 years old and here are all of the warranty issues I have had: Massive leaking from our back decks due to improperly installed water proofing caused damage to the garage drywall in all 9 of our townhome units. It took JLS over 8 months to complete the warranty work. They moved the tracks to my garage in order to replace damaged drywall on the ceiling. According to a certified Wyan-Dalton door dealer, they replaced the tracks to the door to far out which caused damage to my garage door. They refuse to even come out and look at it, let alone repair the damage. The front post that holds up the roof over our deck is sinking and tearing away from the roof. There is a 3"" gap between the post and the roof. They ""fixed"" it once and refuse to fix it again stating that it's not under warranty. Again they refuse to even look at it. We have a 10 year structural warranty. Most of my windows won't shut completely because the framing is not straight. There probably isn't one plum wall in the house.
Pros: There are no pros when working with this company.
