This little trailer serves up some fantastic crepes. In fact, they beat Bobby Flay of the Food Network in a "" Crepe Throwdown,"" in which Flay challenges ""the best of the best."" Flip Happy Crepes certainly qualifies.
My wife and I went the other day for lunch, and I LOVED the chicken pesto crepe, while she adored the Roasted Chicken with goat cheese and carmelized onions.
The only drawback is that the wait is too long for the typical lunch break. With only a couple of crepe griddles, the staff can't meet the demand very quickly.
Nevertheless, it is WORTH the wait.
