I found Dawn on this website for help with my over-processed, fine, curly, dry, flyaway hair and a series of just plain unflattering haircuts. Dawn focused on trying to understand my hair, my needs and preferences. She took time to listen to me and ""study"" my hair - I felt like she completely focused on me.
Dawn gave my hair 2 treatments to get it back to health, but nothing ""cookie-cutter"" or prepackaged - she was so creative about understanding my needs and actually creating treatments that would make my hair look and feel better.
After the treatments Dawn gave me a beautiful, very flattering cut with a real edge to it - and made me look about 10 years younger(I'm 63!). In the days since this cut I have had nothing but compliments, smiles and even surprise (like - ""Your hair looks so great!! What did you do?""). I am all smiles and got the major lift I needed out of the winter doldrums. Best of all I feel my hair is back on track - and I have found a hair stylist I can trust & return to without question.
