All of you renters with the, I need a light bulb changed, or my outlets aren't working, when all it takes is a flip of a breaker, or to re-set your GFI, which i'm some of you still ask what is a gfi, look it up moron! All of you act as if you are the only person in existence, well your not, this goes for owners too, take a number, and your call will be returned within 24 hours!!. qwitcherbitchin! as far as maintenance guys being in their back pockets, they are all sub-contracted, with their own companies, and this particular company does not mark up their maintenance bills to owners like a lot of other companies do, be thank full! Moving into a house? CYA (cover your a**) take pictures, mark everything down, don't play the pitty party woe is me when u get charged for breaking things, or not marking something that was truly there on your move in sheet as you are told to do so. You people make me laugh!
Pros: REAL Management!
Cons: Absolutely NONE!
