Review content:
The only reason these people have given bad reviews is because they did not abide by thier lease and did not take care of the property. i got all by deposit back and all i had to do was pay my rent on time and not destroy the property. How hard is that? There is nothing in the lease that you wouldn't do if it were your owner home. You have to pay your mortgage on time the same as paying your rent on time. This isn't rocket science. BE RESPONSIBLE & QUIT BLAMING OTHERS FOR YOU BEING A SLACKER!!
