Review content:
I don't want to totally skewer this place--they are certainly trying for a commendable feel to their eatery--but it seems like they might be trying too hard to make the food pretty while neglecting the taste aspect. Also, the presentation factor, with all the ""exotic"" ingredients and everything...every dish is worth--at most--about 2/3 of the price that they charge you for it. Oh, and don't be fooled by the sweet potato chips--they REALLY suck. If you don't mind overpaying--and I know that most people in Orange County are perfectly happy overpaying for anything and everything--the tuna and ahi are excellent (actually, the less something is cooked at Opah, the more you will enjoy it--that, I guarantee), and the seafood in general is great. Try Opah at least once to see if it is your kind of thing.
Pros: decent food, decent location, decent concept
Cons: $-$$ food, $$$ price., horrendous service, not a great value
