I had the best experience doing pilates and prenatal yoga at Force and Flow Studio in Prospect Heights. I've never stuck to any type of exercise course before, but I went to Ophra Wolf's classes for 2 years before I got pregnant. I also took her prenatal yoga classes and they were excellent. She has very small groups (maximum 5 people) and she really pays individual attention to everyone. She also adjusted the class for every stage of my pregnancy. One of the best things about her teaching method is that for every exercise that she introduces, she makes connections to how our bodies works and what is happening at each particular stage of the pregnancy. Oprah is a very gifted teacher that knows how to work with each student and makes sure that they make the most of her classes.
