I don't know where to begin with how happy I was with Vanessa's! Let me start by saying I know they have had a bad reputation in the past. My sister in law had a HORRIBLE experience 5 years ago (which I witnessed), but since they changed owners and a lot of the staff in Spring 2011, I can personally attest to it's improvement. Not only is the new owner the designer of many of the dresses, but she is almost always on site to discuss fit, modification, anything you need regarding making your dress unique and perfect. Beth and Lisa are absolutely wonderful! I've been working mostly with them since June on everything from matching jewelry, shoes, to bustiers. They always have time and an honest answer for me, and have never pressured me into buying anything from the shop if I don't like it. They've really created a wonderful EXPERIENCE for me, not just provided me with a dress. And the cherry on top... They were so wonderfully sweet to my mom. That means more than anything they could have done for me personally. Above and beyond service!
