China Grill - The Healthy Choice may not look like much from the outside, but please do not let appearances fool you. The food is the best Chinese food in SLC. It is always fresh, hot, and prepared just the way you ask for it to be. Most of their dishes are ""healthy"" versions of usual favorites. While I was hesitant at first (I mean, isn't the ""unhealthy"" factor what makes Chinese food so good?) I fell in love with this place the first time I ate there. The staff is always friendly and willing to accommodate requested variations. I would recommend the sweet and sour chicken for your first dish. Their sweet and sour sauce is very unique. It has large chunks of tomato and a mild sweet and sour flavor. It's the best I've ever had. Go, Go right now!!
