Hello friends...I need to tell you about how great this company
is that rescued me when no one else could...I was turned down by
a few other lending companies because I was upside down and had
low equity and I was going to give up altogether until I talked
with someone at Pacific One. The loan officer was so helpful and
gave me hope. He spent as much time with me as I needed and was
able to get me into a program to help me get a better loan with
a lower rate. They even helped me improve my credit! I am now able
to save money and I no longer worry abouit paying my mortgage every
month! If you need help and are struggling like I was...you will not
be let down when you call Pacific One Lending for help. They did
everything they could to help me and they will do the same for you!
