Review content:
I used to love going to Dr. Caccamo, but now I have become very frustrated with them. Over the last year or two, it has been very difficult to get in to see the doctor when I, or my daughter, were sick. Their hours are limited and they don't always answer the phone. Now they have stopped accepting voice mail. I have to wait until Monday at 1 pm to call in about something my daughter developed over the weekend. They also close early on Fridays and they limit when they will accept calls during the day making it really hard to get an appointment. The service is great when I do get in and the doctor is wonderful, but what good is that if I can't get in to see him promptly for sick visits. I am looking for a new doctor. This office has lost their sense of customer/ patient service. Pros: Doctor and assistants are friendly and caring Cons: Hard to reach by phone because they limit the times they accept calls and no voice mail. Very hard to get a prompt appointment.
