I love this doctors office, been with him since he came here. Would not change for the world and pray my insurance will always cover, for I would not want another. Getting in is easier now...they have more help. But there are times as with all places doctors office can't always be available...but the care is great and the staff is helpful. They have to do there job as a business most days due to changes in system...but they want us to know they care and we as patients are given the best of care. And with new laws a lot will change the he can not prevent...So don't give up on them....\r more

Hi, If you are considering choosing First Park Family Practice for your medical care then you are looking in the right direction. My family had been patients of this practice for about 5 years. They recently dropped our insurance carrier, quite understandably due to non-payment. We are crushed at this. We hope that anyone that has a decent insurance and that needs quality, caring, compassionate, family oriented health care will make an appointment. The staff are all very knowledgeable and very caring, even with all the patients they have they remember small details about each person. Dr. Caccamo is willing to listen, not just see you for 5 minutes and write out prescriptions that you don't even want or think you need. Pros: very personalized care, friendly staff Cons: waiting room time, however I think this will be reduced now. more

Hard to contact office 6/11/2006

I used to love going to Dr. Caccamo, but now I have become very frustrated with them. Over the last year or two, it has been very difficult to get in to see the doctor when I, or my daughter, were sick. Their hours are limited and they don't always answer the phone. Now they have stopped accepting voice mail. I have to wait until Monday at 1 pm to call in about something my daughter developed over the weekend. They also close early on Fridays and they limit when they will accept calls during the day making it really hard to get an appointment. The service is great when I do get in and the doctor is wonderful, but what good is that if I can't get in to see him promptly for sick visits. I am looking for a new doctor. This office has lost their sense of customer/ patient service. Pros: Doctor and assistants are friendly and caring Cons: Hard to reach by phone because they limit the times they accept calls and no voice mail. Very hard to get a prompt appointment. more
