Review content:
i left a fly shop in town the other day thinking chattanooga's fly fishing community was pathetic and awkward. but, then later i found choo choo fly & tackle and... WOW!!!... i completely changed my opinion about this town's fly fishing. shops around tn and ga have complimented this store for its reputation, and now i know why. the guys there definitely fish and know what they are talking about. i was amazed with the photos on the walls of this shop. it is obvious their anglers fish all over the world and with success. while in there, an excited angler walked in the shop wearing wet waders and quickly picked out several striper flies to buy. he was telling the fly shop owner ringing him up he was in a hurry to get back because he just broke off a huge striper below a nearby dam and the bite was on. this guy said thanks and ran back out to his truck. neither the employee nor the owner cared one bit about the water spots, gravel, and dirt left on the hardwood floor. instead, the owner yelled out the door to his customer, ""you better tie those flies to rope!!!"" now, that's my kinda fly shop!!! Pros: Knowledge, Experience, Awesome Gear Cons: More shops aren't like this one.
