Review content:
Even after all these years Cowboy Ciao still rocks. I was surprised when my wife and I walked in at 5:45pm on a Friday and we were told we needed a reservation. Fortunately, the bar offers a full meal menu and thats where we parked ourselves. We split the corn meal tiger shrimp appetizer served on a bed of creamy cheesy grits. Very nice dish, shrimp flavor was awesome and it carried well will the breading and grits. After that we ordered the chop and testosterone salads. Great combinations and flavors in both salads, with the chop salad including granola as one of its primary ingredients and cherries in the testosterone salad. It was a very hard call but I would have to say the chop salad was the better of the two, simply because of the unusual ingredients, blending into an awesome salad.
