Realtor Richard Buentello with Boulevard Realty formerly known as Karen Derr & Associates is my real estate choice without a doubt. I am in the insurance business and know and work with many Realtors so I always have a big pool of Realtors to choose from. Since my wife was familiar with him, I thought I would give him a call to sell our house. Richard came in and gave us input on what to get rid of to make it show better and even provided paint contractors to spruce it up to show better. It worked! Even before the work was complete he had potential buyers through the door and even a gave me a good solid contract by a well-qualified buyer. His marketing plan is excellent for both buyers and sellers, and it works! He did open houses every weekend unless we asked him not to. In the end, we decided it might be better lease our house. The same day Richard put it on the market for lease we had three contracts. Unbelievable! Obviously, we accepted! He proved he could either sell or lease our property, or any property for that matter. When my property comes up to lease or sell again, rest assured that I will call Richard Buentello to represent me. Look no further. He should be your realtor choice! BTW, he answers his phone all the time, something you want in a Realtor.
