Choosing a plumber can be a hit or miss proposition. I was extremely fortunate to discover Polestar Plumbing when I bought my house six years ago. Since then, I have turned to Polestar many times (two air conditioning units, one furnace, a sump pump, and a couple new faucets). I have found them to be knowledgeable, dependable and responsive. When one of the air conditioners that I bought from them wasn't performing to my expectations, Polestar did the right thing and replaced the entire unit. To make sure that all of my units keep functioning efficiently, I have a Polestar service contract that entitles me to two ""check-ups"" each year, free service call and a discount on parts. I highly recommend them.
