Review content:
I have had nothing but courtesy from them, never had to do a call back on them, they always did as promised without unilaterally changing the terms mid stream regarding what we agreed on, and my wife likes them too. The customers I talk with are regulars, some coming as far as twenty miles away from the Ocean Beach area of San Diego.
They also have come up with less expensive diagnosis and repair than what I was expecting such that I believe them to be very honest.
Regarding alleged rudeness, it could be that they just do not like to take guff off of rude customers.
