SAW A BILLBOARD ADVERTISEMENT AND DECIDED TO GIVE IT A TRY. WENT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE AFTERNOON. I ORDERED THE RIB PLATE AND POTATO SALAD. THE RIBS WERE BIG AND MEATY. THEY FELL OFF THE BONE AND WERE SOME OF THE BEST I HAVE EVER HAD. NEXT TO MINE. THEY HAD SUCH A GOOD FLAVOR AND THE RIGHT AMOUNT OF SMOKE. THE POTATO SALAD WAS GOOD. VERY SIMPLE RECIPE. JUST LIKE MAMA MADE. JUST A LITTLE BETTER. THE OWNER IS VERY FRIENDLY AS IS THE WHOLE STAFF. HE EVEN LET ME TOUR HIS SMOKER. IT IS AWESOME. THIS IS DEFINITELY WORTH THE VISIT. AND A BONUS IS IT IS BYOB. OH YEAH. THE ONLY THING THE NEED IS FRESH BREWED ICED TEA.
