UNDER OK SUPERVISION WITH MASHGIACH TMIDI!!!!!!! Had the best middle eastern experience here, hands down. We started going to Jerusalem Restaurant back in 2000, family owned and very friendly. For appetizers , we had the bushette, sigars, falafel and of course only the best matza ball soup in the world. For entrees, we had juicy well prepared steaks which were accompanied by our choice of 2 sides (included in entree price), schnitzel, lamb chops, baby chicken skewers and beef shish. For dessert we had turkish coffee to around, peanut butter pie, tiramisu, warm apple pie, and choc mousse cake. We did not mind leaving the 18% gratuity, in fact, we tacked on an additional 7% since the service was phenomenal. The owner, Yakov, is a very knowledgable tzadik. We go about 6 times a year and we send everyone we know there. For the price of the entree, you get 2 side orders as well. Trying saying the same for Shari's where you literally get chased out of the restuarant for making a comment. Sharies has terrible service, dry meat, and prices higher than Jerusalem. SHARIS HAS NOT HAD STAR-K SUPERVISION FOR OVER A YEAR, SO BE AWARE. Jerusalem Restaurant is the only place for me when visiting AC. I highly recommend it. If money is an issue, then stay at home, eat your sandwiches, and hold on tightly to your money. Jerusalem is the best!!!! Pros: prompt service Cons: Slightly pricey
