I initially purchased an amplifier and a subwoofer from this company for my 2010 Camaro, which cost me around the $1,000.00 range. They then installed the equipment and everything seemed to be working just fine when approximately a week later the woofer wouldn't play anymore. I then went back and they told me the woofer was completely blown and they would replace it, but i needed a sub control or it would happen again and the sub control would be $50 more. I purchased the control and again everything worked fine for a couple weeks. I returned and they then proceeded to tell me they would have to return my woofer to JL Audio, at this point i had the woofer for less than a month. After having my woofer for six weeks they called me and reinstalled the woofer for the third time. Again i had to return to the store because the woofer was acting up again and they claim that it was working fine and they couldn't find the problem, but that I was probably experiencing the problem because of my factory stereo and proceeded to tell me about a new interface for the 2010 Camaro so i purchased the interface and a stereo that totaled nearly $2,300.00. After installing the new stereo i still encountered problems, i could hear my turn signals in my front speakers and the woofer would still act up, i could turn the stereo off and the woofer would still be sending off a real loud and horrible bass. I then went back and asked to speak to the owner when they told me to allow them to set an appointment so their technician could go over everything for several hours to try to find the source. Well they then informed me that the amplifier's ground had came loose and the power leveler had went out and they would replace the amp. Again i left with everything working fine for about two weeks when i start experiencing the music cut in and out as if there was a shortage in the wiring. I returned once again and they told me they would install all new wiring and to bring it back that Monday. I had enough when that Sunday night before going that Monday i went to my trunk and realized that my amp had fallen off the mount they had installed it on. It was enough for me to realize they are unskilled and do not know what they are doing. I then went that Monday to my appointment and had them to remove all of their equipment from my trunk. The store manager didn't ever once ask how could he accommodate me or rectify the situation they seemed to be relieved of having to deal with an issue the had no idea of how to deal with. When i returned to pick up my car for what i decided would be the last time my console was partially put back together, I had to personally snap it back into place, so now almost $3,400.00 later I'm stuck with equipment that i hardly used and they are on to the next one don't let the next one be you. This is how they treat their return customers. I had also spent money with them in the past, nearly $800.00 on a smartstart alarm. I don't feel a store manager should feel good about losing a customer that has spent over $4,000.00 with a company in less than a year's time. I am very unhappy with the work and the way they handled the situation.
