Review content:
The positive reviews of Genesis are all old and for the previous ownership. The new owner's who just took over in May 2012 are nice, but I have had a number of massages there and have not found a great massage therapist yet. The prices have gone up and the new owners are not honoring previously purchased gift certificates that were bought on line. That means that those of us who bought gift certificates for family and friends last Christmas for use this summer, are loosing out on those purchases. Several weeks back a family member had a manicure at Genesis that took 3 hours and she had to go back the next day to get polish repaired as it chipped off. I would not recommend Genesis any more to anyone I know.
