I have to say I was more than impressed with Celso's Cakes - the wedding cake was something that was extremely important to me (so much so, that I tried 6 local bakeries) because I have attended far too many weddings and the cakes were practically inedible.
As I mentioned, we tested 6 different local bakeries of varying price ranges and Celso's was by far the best on all accounts - price, flavor, experience/expertise, and exceptional service.
We ordered both the wedding cake and the groom's cake from Celso's and were more than happy with the both of them. Although the wedding cake was absolutely stunning, the groom's cake was the favorite of the night. Celso recreated our dalmatian for the groom's cake and it was absolutely perfect! The cake was created from a photo that we gave to Celso and it was spot on (pun intended!) and I hated to cut it because it was so amazing!
Lastly, but definitely not least - the cakes both tasted fantastic. Our guests couldn't stop talking about how great the cake tasted. Celso's also has a wide variety of flavors to choose from - not that there's anything wrong with white, chocolate, and red velvet cake - but I wanted something different. We went with Chocolate cake with White Chocolate Mousse filling - amazing!
