When they promised 24-7 access, they were not kidding. He gave me his cell phone and send me emails on weekends. I contated Charles after getting foreclosure papers from my bank. He gave me his plan of attack and explained it to me in terms I could understand. The bank never listened to me before having an attorney, but which Charles and his firm, they had to listen. At the end of the day, he saved my home and made the bank re-work my loan discounting the amount I owed them. He had no fear dealing with a big bank and all there lawyers. I am happy that Charles and his firm represented me and I have told friends of mine who had foreclosures.
