Review content:
We were a customer of Secur Technologies for many years. Since the beginning we have always had problems with them. They always give you the run around and are so rude. From the boss, to the women who answer the phone, to the tech guys that come out. They told me I was in a contract with and could not cancel. Meanwhile, they is an Evergreen law which says that after the original contract is over you are on a month to month basis and can get out at anytime. I only knew that because another alarm company told me that. I had called them one day to change the alarm code and the tech guy on the phone kept on telling me to put codes in which locked the system so the alarm didnt even work. They just wanted to lock the alarm so they would charge us $75 trip charge to come out to fix something that they messed up. The people were so rude and told me that they didnt know what was happening and that I messed up something. They are unbelievable. I would suggest for anyone to NEVER use this company. If you do use them and think that your locked into a contract your not. When I told them about the Evergreen law they said it was a lie and said they would fax over information to us. They never faxed over anything and the next morning sent a guy out to lock our system.
NEVER USE THEM, HORRIBLE COMPANY!
