I am not normally the type to write a bad review but my experiences with Homes 4 Lease were horrible. They posted the house I was renting on Craigslist which made people knock on my door at all hours of the night. Then when I contacted them about it they refused to help me. I was further displeased when they told me if I moved out early they would pro rate my rent. What they actually meant was please move out early and we will give you NONE of your money back. When I contacted them to discuss things they would never call me back and I even had an employee hang up on me. Instead of listening to my complaints they said they did not have to deal with me. I would suggest not renting a house from this company because of their complete disrespect for their tenants. Also, they have no intention of giving you your security deposit back. They will find a reason to take a majority of it. The house I lived in was a mess when I moved in and it was much cleaner when I moved out. Yet, I barely got any of my security deposit back. Please be careful in leasing a home from this company. They will have their sweet accountant call you because the people who cause all of the problems refuse to deal with their tenants. I feel completely sorry for their accountant. She is a sweet woman who has to deal with a completely disrespectful boss who does not care about anyone.
