The only rating Homes 4 Lease deserves is zero. Do not rent or place your valued property in the hands of these scam artists. They are letting the properties deteriorate. The move in condition is less than desirable. They promise to clean, paint, fix and repair, but do not follow through. So, you are stuck with problems the moment you walk onto the property. Phone calls do not always get returned. If they do, they are extremely delayed. We waited one year for an airconditioner to be replaced. We went the entire summer, the hottest summer on record without AC. It was an old unit that stopped working, but they claimed it was a filter problem. There was a dying tree in the backyard. I was told to take it down (I was 8 months pregnant). Unknowingly, we acquired a leak in the upstairs shower when we signed the lease. When we noticed it leaking, we reported it . Twice! We told them it was causing problems to the patch work on the ceiling from prior damage (before our time). Nothing was done! The documentation and pictures required upon lease signing do not mean anything. You will still be held financially responsible for any and all pre-existing problems. Do not expect to see a dime of your deposit back. Fictitious lists of repairs are created and you are held accountable for them. They are stealing from their clients and their renters. Shame on them! If this saves one person from getting into the same predicament we fell into, I will feel justice has been served.
