When a tree was struck by lightning, Poor Folks Tree Service responded quickly to the TV reporter's request to assist me in removing the tree from a telephone line and my friend's van. They removed the immense within less than 20 minutes, had an entire crew there with all the proper equipment, and went far beyond what was asked of them. They did such a terrific job that they did not even do extra damage to my friend's van. The owner was sincere in his willingness to help me. I am disabled and was unable to remove the tree myself or pay for someone to do it, and they came to my rescue. I was highly impressed with their promptness and efficiency. They had all the proper equipment ready and there within minutes. I know they cannot run a business by constantly doing work for free, but if the situation arose again, I would use them and find a way to pay for it.
