Review content:
Josh came after ARS has botched up the entire schedule and made me wait all day. Josh not only called the home office to tell them to hurry up and deliver the parts but waited till 8 pm for it rather than rescheduling like others would have. Once in the house he quickly fixed the issue. Then as a courtsey he fixe a couple of easy things that he noticed around the sink and save me further issues. THanks a lot Josh for turning a sour experience in to one I can fee good about.
