We have used Wine Country Pet Resort to board our German Shorthaired Pointer numerous times and couldn't be happier. After trying out several other kennels in Napa, I'm so happy that we found this place for our dog. At the other Napa Kennels, Buck would always come home depressed, skinny and out of sorts. Then I found WCPR. When I pick him up from WCPR he is happy, wagging his rear end and very healthy. When I drop him off he jumps out of the car with excitement because I believe he really does have a great time there. The turn out pastures are wonderful for dogs that love to play. I'm never worried that he isn't getting fed the proper amount because the staff is diligent at drop off to get any new information that they might need for feeding schedules or any changes that might have occurred since his last visit. They're aware of Buck's needs and I feel very confident that they are fulfilling them or going above and beyond. The facility is always very clean with no odor and the staff is pleasant to work with. I have never had any billing issues and feel the amount charged per night is a very fair charge for what the animals receive. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to board their animals with a knowledgeable staff that truly is there for the pets!
