We really love having this place down the street so when we went looking to replace our 10 year old Honda Odyssey (also purchased new at Commonwealth) we made it a point to purchase from one of their dealerships all conveniently located right off of route 495. As I found the Honda Pilot a bit large, I decided to walk across the street to their KIA building. I was more curious than anything as I really couldn't imagine myself being happy with a KIA after driving a Honda for so long but the new Sorento really caught my eye. I didn't feel comfortable about the brand until I'd done a lot of research and neeedless to say the sales guys there were more than gracious with my request for more than one test drive (I took three including one to my garage!). By the time I actually found the vehicle I wanted, the place felt even more like family. Ivan L. went out of the way to make sure I felt like I got a great deal. He even filled up the tank!
I will add that this model, especially the v6 AWD, was flying off the showroom floor. We even had to cancel one test drive as the vehicle was literally sold out from under us! Even with this type of demand, we got a great deal.
