Review content:
We frequent nice restaurants regularly and have always been pleased with our choices, so you can imagine the disappointment from our bad experience at Chez Nous. First, we were not seated, but rather ""pointed"" to our table. About five minutes later, an unpleasant mute placed menus and warm water before us. Then the wait began. We sat there for TWENTY-FIVE minutes without being waited on or even approached before we walked out. Furthermore, the staff was completely unconcerned about losing our business, a sure sign of bad management. I would never recommend this restaurant to any person and I hope this experience does not happen to anyone else.
